Initially, it focused on communication, human resources, etc. gradually, its academic scope expanded, and several institutes were established within IRCOM. One of them is Institut Albert le Grand, which focuses on political science. CEVRO Institute concluded an agreement with this institute in 2010 for academic cooperation, including student exchange.

Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo

University of Applied Sciences Zwickau

- The university is located approximately 500 km north of Stockholm and is one of the five largest universities in Sweden. It has around 29,000 students. Founded in 1965, the university comprises four faculties. The city of Umeå has been recognized as the best student city in Sweden.
