This study program is designed for students who aim to acquire deep knowledge and skills in the fields of economics, philosophy, and politics and apply them across a wide range of professions in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.

Graduates can find employment as economic and political analysts, managers, consultants, diplomats, researchers, and in other professions requiring economic expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to make informed decisions in complex situations. Opportunities exist in both national and international institutions, companies, banks, consulting firms, think tanks, and the academic sphere.

What Will You Learn

You will gain profound knowledge of economic theories and principles, philosophical and ethical foundations of society, as well as political systems and institutions. You will learn to analyze macroeconomic indicators, evaluate economic policies, critically examine economic theories and methods, apply economic principles and moral values in decision-making processes. You will be able to predict future trends, formulate innovative ideas, and make informed decisions in complex situations.

Full-time Form of Study

The full-time form of study is based on full-time teaching (Mon - Thu) with compulsory attendance.

Admission Requirements

The admissions process is conducted through a motivational letter or an individual motivational interview. A prerequisite for acceptance is the successful completion of a bachelor's or master's degree program at university and proficient knowledge of the English language at level B2 or higher.

The study is concluded by a state final examination, which consists of defending the diploma thesis and an oral examination on specified subjects.

Where do internships and work placements take place?

Many of our study programs are accredited as professional programs. Therefore, mandatory internships are an integral part of the curriculum. Our students undertake internships at our contractual partners, which include most ministries, the Chamber of Deputies, the Senate, numerous regional, municipal, and local authorities, the Czech Police, the Czech Army, emergency services, the Office of the President of the Republic, selected embassies, and many significant companies.
